Refund policy

At The Vyora, we strive to deliver quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/receipt).
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product are required.

  • Brief description of the issue

Important:

  • Returns will only be accepted after approval via email.
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping instructions will be shared once your request is approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong item ordered by the customer
  • Used or damaged after use
  • Minor color/design variations
  • Sale items or gift cards

Certain items like personal care products, perishable goods, and customized products are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may request a return and place a new order separately.


No Warranty Policy

All products sold on The Vyora come with no warranty, unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.
